Developed in the mid-90’s by Ginsburg Development Corporation, the Mystic Pointe Homeowners Association was formed in late 1999 to administer the common areas and enforce the by-laws of the community. The association consists of seven-member Board of Directors, elected annually for varying terms. The Homeowners Association maintains all grounds, roads and building exteriors, as well as overseeing and making policy for use of the shared amenities of the community such as the Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis Court and Fitness Center.
